'Prunus Damson' is a vigorous, but neat growing, cultivar that has larger fruits than 'Farleigh Damson'. A regular and good cropper with a picking time of late August. A late flowering cultivar, so should escape spring frosts. Self-fertile.

Beth pear trees grow vigorously, reaching maturity before most of their cousins. They have a tight growth habit which suits smaller gardens. Beth pears are usually quiye small but are very abundant and are some of the earliest to ripen each season
The young skin is dappled green and brown, yellowing as it ripens fully in August. The succulent, pale flesh almost melts in the mouth and the flavour is the equal of any other sweet dessert pear.

The redcurrant, Ribes rubrum, is closely related to the blackcurrant, but unlike many varieties of soft fruit, redcurrants grow well in northern areas and can tolerate a bit of shade. However, the more sun the plants get, the sweeter the berries.

Rubus idaeus 'Fallgold' is an upright, deciduous shrub with thorny canes bearing lobed, palmate, dark green leaves and clusters of two flushes of flowers, one in early summer, the other in early spring the following year.
Two crops of globular to conical, edible, sweet, yellow to yellow-orange fruit follow the flowers, the first crop ready or harvest in late summer or early autumn, the second crop ready in late spring or early summer the following year.
