Italian
Olea Europaea is a common olive tree with a rugged, much-branched habit and slow growth. Leaves are narrowly obovate or oval, with a leathery texture and a silver belly. Very small white flowers are borne in axillary racemes.

Prunus serr. 'Miyako' is a rounded to broadly spreading, deciduous tree with oblong, toothed, mid-green leaves turning orange and red in autumn and pendent clusters of pink buds opening to frilled, double, white flowers in spring.

Malus 'Red Sentinel' is a medium-sized deciduous tree with single white flowers 3cm in width, followed by clusters of cherry-like, glossy, deep red fruits 2.5cm in width, which persist well into winter.

Acer rubrum 'Summer Red' is a strongly growing tree with an oval crown which can grow to a height of 15 metres. The young leaves are purplish-red to red. The summer shoots also bear these coloured leaves, which contrast well with the dark green mature leaf.

Prunus S. 'Shirofugen' is an attractive Japanese Flowering Cherry tree and is popular for its long-lasting display of large, double, blousy flowers. The blossom appears in April/May. Big white/blush blooms that hang in clusters from long stalks covering the branches open from pink buds and then change to purplish-pink as they fade.

Prunus cerasifera 'Hessei' is a small deciduous tree that boasts a graceful appearance. In early spring, it bursts into a profusion of fragrant, pale pink to white flowers, which makes it an excellent choice for ornamental purposes. As the season progresses, its leaves unfold to reveal deep purple to reddish-black foliage, creating a striking contrast in the garden.
This particular lollipop shape makes the tree ideal for ornamental use.
